Dinner Menu

The sample menu opposite is typical of a daily dinner menu.

Depending on both the season, and what is available on the day, this menu changes on a daily basis.

As all produce is fresh, much of its supply is dependant on the weather. For example, seafood can be in short supply during and after extreme conditions as well as other ingredients that rely on ferry transportation.

Simple dishes can be prepared at any time and any special requests that requires advanced warning will always be looked after.
