Managing Director, Pedro Bento personally looks after the wine list and over the years has produced a collection of almost 400 bins. With regular changes in tastes and fashion, the wine collection adapts accordingly.

The Cocktail Bar attracts the "who's who" of Jersey and prides itself on the formidable skills of the long serving bar tenders.

In addition, a vast range of coffees, teas, infusions and other hot drinks guarantee the right beverage at the right moment. Needless to say, the kitchen garden has an endless supply of herbs and aromats for the more unusual drinks.
