For over sixty years, Longueville has been lovingly looked after by three generations of the Lewis Family. The house has been and continues to be a reflection of the family as well as the mood of the time. Today, Patricia Lewis is at the helm, responsible for the look and style of every aspect of design and comfort. The hotel continues to have that "homely" feel yet incorporating chic design.

More recently, Patricia has opted for "going it alone" by turning her back on professional interior designers. Her style today comes from instinct and experience and has developed into a clever mix of contemporary and classic whilst retaining the character and feel of an old Jersey manor house.
