The winner of the award will be announced at the prize ceremony being held at The May Fair Hotel in London on 8th November 2010.
The Condé Nast guides have attracted a loyal readership by guaranteeing that each recommended property undergoes a rigorous annual inspection process to ensure exceptional quality is maintained. Readers of the Guide, hotel guests and the Condé Nast Johansens inspection team have all contributed towards the votes for the 2011 award.
Pedro Bento, Managing Director of Longueville Manor, said: “Condé Nast Johansens represents the highest standards for the hotel, meeting venue and event industry, and is recognised as the most prestigious publisher in the travel industry so we are thrilled to have been recognised in these awards. As the Channel Islands only AA five Red Star hotel, we strive very hard to offer the very best service, accommodation and experience possible to our guests at all times so we feel this nomination is testament to that ongoing dedication.”
Now in its 29th year, Condé Nast Johansens remains the most comprehensive reference to annually inspected hotels. With dedicated and highly trained Inspectors almost ten times as many properties have been assessed as appear in the guides, in order to narrow the final selection down to, quite simply, the best selection of accommodation for independent travellers.
