The new state of the art wine cellar stocks up to 4,000 bottles in perfectly controlled conditions.

A working cellar for the 550 bins that feature on the restaurant’s wine list, the space is also available for bespoke wine tastings and tutorials.

The unique redwood racking, together with sophisticated temperature and humidity control systems allow for the introduction of some very unique and rare wines. As an example, the cellar now showcases amongst its important collection of Burgundy wines, ten vintages of the prestigious Domaine Ramonet Montrachet Grand Cru. In addition, oenophiles will find some of the finest names and vintages from the Bordeaux region – the likes of Château Palmer 1970, Château La Tour 1995 and Château Mouton Rothschild 2010. Not forgetting the New World of course, the collection boasts some of the best wines to be found from around the globe.
