Longueville Manor will welcome guest chefs from the UK, Italy and Denmark, each bringing their own flair and expertise to the kitchen and offering guests an innovative and expertly curated menu.

We will also be hosting additonal events including an evening hosted by Dom Pérignon, lunches dedicated to sustainability and veganism as well as a special dinner celebrating 30 years of Managing Director Pedro Bento and Executive Head Chef Andrew Baird working together.

Exclusively for hotel guests, Fizz Too is a beautiful Princess 42 luxury yacht available for charter between 8th May and 24th October 2020.

The 42 is one of Princess's most successful models. With two en-suite cabins, luxurious saloon, spacious fly bridge and a watersports friendly cockpit and bathing platform, Fizz Too will guarantee a wonderful day out. 

A trip could be a visit to one of the other Channel Islands, a hop over to France, or simply an island tour. Wherever Fizz Too goes, there is of course the chance of spotting either dolphins or seals.

A full day charter will include a seafood and cold meat salad lunch with dessert, whilst a half day offers a selection of snacks. Both full and half days include Champagne, wine and a selection of hot and cold beverages. A full steward service will be provided throughout the voyage.
