Open from early May all the way through to the end of September, the outdoor pool and its alfresco terrace becomes the focal point of the hotel.

The sophisticated, yet tranquil and relaxed setting is perfect for simply chilling out and unwinding. The terrace is the perfect venue to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a poolside lunch or a pre-dinner cocktail on warm summer evenings.

The simple yet well balanced menu features a range of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, a selection of garden salads and a choice of either freshly dug Jersey Royals or Andrew Baird’s infamous French fries.
