The state-of-the-art wine cellar stocks up to 5,000 bottles in perfectly controlled conditions.
Guests will find the cellar through a beautiful archway mirroring the entrance to the kitchen garden. The cellar was been designed by Sorrells Custom Wine Cellars, the UK’s most prestigious wine storage experts who have notably worked for The Ritz, Galvin La Chapelle and The Dorchester.
The unique redwood racking, together with sophisticated temperature and humidity control systems has allowed for the introduction of unique and rare wines to the Longueville collection. As an example, the cellar now showcases amongst its important collection of Burgundy wines, ten vintages of the prestigious Domaine Ramonet Montrachet Grand Cru, including the very rare 1986. In addition, oenophiles will find some of the finest names and vintages from the Bordeaux region – the likes of Château Palmer 1970, Château La Tour 1995 and Château Mouton Rothschild 2010. Not forgetting the New World of course, the collection boasts some of the best wines to be found from around the globe.
